Founded in 1993 as Spectrum Private Duty and established in 2013 as Aquinas Home Health, we are locally owned, Medicare certified, and a Joint Commission accredited agency that provides home health services to the communities of Wyandotte, Johnson, Franklin, Douglas, Miami, and Leavenworth counties. In 2019, we acquired Carondelet Home Health and are proud to service Jackson, Clay, Cass, Platte and Layfette counties in Missouri.
Our mission is to provide quality healthcare based on best practices and evaluated by outcomes. We partner with patients, families, and physicians to develop a specific plan of care which enables them to age in place.
